If You Could Give A Kid A Ticket
Monty would be getting one for purposefully and quite carefully taking a pair of blue handed scissors and chopping off half his sister's ponytail while she sat coloring in her pony book.
There would be an extra fee added for bad timing. Because his sister is going to be a FLOWER GIRL in a WEDDING in one month. And now we will have even less hair to work with than we originally had.
What a kid.

Oh MY. That kid is in so much trouble!
Ack! Oh noooooooooo!
Oh NO!!! Why, Monty, WHY?
(Okay, so I confess that I have myself thought before that it would be very satisfying to lop off someone's ponytail. No one in particular - just the act of the SNIP would be quite pleasing.)
Ohhhhhh...and such gorgeous hair she has (had? :) ) too...
No idea what to tell you for the wedding. My 1 1/2 year old still does not have enough hair for me to play with.
Ohhhhh maaannnn...
Lucky you, you get to tell that story for the rest of his life... and so does his sister!
Can you just hear it now? Ten years later: "Yeah, well YOU CUT OFF MY PONYTAIL!"
it makes a great story - ? (nervous smile)
I'm sorry!! That's such a tough thing for everyone, for Lucy, for Mom, for Monty, and for the bride! But I'm telling you, that Lucy is SO gorgeous a little hair here or there isn't going to make one bit of difference. Hope Monty pays his fine and learns his lesson! Will his insurance premiums go up now? ;)
Why is it that every family has a sibling chopping another sib's hair story?!
Oh No! You have to look on the bright side, it could have been her bangs.......
Could you just bottle up the colour and send me a sample?
Sorry about your hair, Lucy. Good thing you still have those awesome little cheeks to defer the attention.:)
